2026 Fall Youth Registration

 

INFORMATION REGARDING OUR 2026 FALL YOUTH PROGRAM:

We are excited to announce that registration is now open for our Columbia Youth Field Hockey 2026 Fall season.  This year there will be 4-5 play day opportunities for our 3rd-6th graders.  For those new to the program, we will have 8 practice sessions for all age levels (1st – 6th) as well as 5 play days for our 3rd – 6th graders.  Our players are divided into age groups (1st & 2nd, 3r&4th, and 5th&6th) for practices and play days, no playing experience is necessary!

*Players do not need to be EGSCD affiliated to participate.*

This years play dates and locations are as follows:

  • Sunday Sept. 13th @ Burnt Hills 8-12 aprrox
  • Sunday Sept 20th @ Johnstown (possibly Shaker instead) 8-12 approx
  • Sunday Sept 27th@ Saratoga 8-12 approx
  • Sunday Oct 4 @ Shenendehowa 8-12 approx
  • Sunday Oct 11th @ Schuylerville 8-12 approx (this tournament will be based on interest)
Practice Sessions: (@ Genet Middle School) 6:00 – 7:15pm
Thurs 8/27, Thurs 9/3, Thurs 9/10, Sat 9/12, Thurs 9/17, Thurs 9/24, Thurs 10/1 & Thurs 10/2

*Please note, this is run on volunteer basis and mostly by players and coaches from the varsity field hockey program. We will attampt to make up any sessions if we need to cancel, but makeup dates are not guaranteed (due to scheduling conflicts with our regular season schedule).
Cost:
$150 ($120 no pinny) per player for 3rd-6th graders for the 2026/2027 School Year. Includes our new fall pinny.
$85 per player for 1st – 2nd grade. *Pinny optional for an additional $30 (cost to us).
*NO REFUNDS AFTER 8/15* 
Required Equipment:
Stick (loaners available upon request), molded mouth guard (a back-up is recommended), shin guards (preferably those that cover the ankles as well for our players participating in play days), water, and a positive attitude!
